In the area of Banking and Finance, we have represented most major banks and finance institutions in the Country in diverse aspects of banking documentation, loan syndication, mortgage and debentures, and civil litigation. We were actively involved in the banks’ consolidation exercise during the banking reform of the Central Bank of Nigeria. We variously conducted due diligence exercises on bank assets and banking transactions and advised our clients in pre-acquisition/consolidation of banks. |
